The "talk live to a customer service rep" on the website gives you a form to fill out, which cannot be submitted. Check on the Better Business Bureau before you buy. They have a horrible rating. more

Placed an order a week goes by no shipping date. Won't answer phones or email calling charge card to protest charge. They bill you before they ship has to be a scam. AVOID more

Ordered the pump, it was to be delivered in 2-3 days,A week went by and I tried to call their number and no one would pick it up. After seeing that the money was taken out of my debit account, I complained to both their website AND paypal. After about three weeks I was told the product was not available and only after complaining to Paypal did I get my card credited. They never did call, or attempt to give any explanation. Would never do business with them again! Needless to say I lost a couple of fish and it's going to take a while before my pond is healthy again! Beware. more

This is what I have experience so far...The prices of pool equipment are higher than home page indicates. Purchase screen did not allow for given discount code and charged for what was suppose to be free shipping. The telephone number on website is wrong...should be (800) 833-9525. They do not respond to their service email address or telephone calls. more
