I'm not sure if its just cause the big companies stop caring about the little people but customer service should never stop! I was driving last night and got so severely cut off by a hummer limo that I almost fell off my moped! I understand those big limos have pretty big blind spots but that does not prevent the driver from using their turn signal, which this driver did not use as they abruptly moved into my lane. They need to teach their drivers to be more careful. So I called the number on the back of the limo, not to complain or get compensation but just to inform them so they can make their drivers safer, theres mopeds all over Hawaii, thats not changing the drivers have to. It was after hours so there was a driver(Jeff) that answered the phone--SO unprofessional I cant even tell you, he answered assuming I was his pick up and didn't even say Platinum Limousine, I thought I had the wrong number. I just didn't bother, I cooled down and called the next day to talk to a manager and he was very nice and apologetic but rushed me off the phone and gave me no reassurance that the driver would be dealt with, the safety and professionalism needs to be fixed here, this Jeff and the driver of Pltnm3 at 845pm on 4/10 needs to be dealt with or Ill make sure that me and my friends take our local business elsewhere!
