Pink's Pizza

I've had their pizza a couple times and overall, it is pretty good. However, my complaint is directed more towards the Garden Oaks location. I live only 1 mile from their location, yet they won't deliver to me. They say I live on the wrong side of Shepherd. Seriously?? 1 mile to the ""wrong side"" is too far?? I can get Pizza Hut on 43rd, a chinese joint on 15th and yale and another chinese joint on 43rd to deliver all to deliver to me. But the place that is actually CLOSEST to me says it's too far. Ater I'm told this, the rude chic on the phone just asks, ""well, you gonna come get it or what?"" I told her F*** that and I was gonna get chinese delivered instead. more

Pinks is the best. I had posted a negative review in the past....hats off to the Heights Pinks, they totally resolved my complaint! They are once again in my good graces! I had a delivery problem and they took care of it! So impressive and professional! more

The Santa Monica pizza rocks! Only wish there was a location closer to the Memorial City area. more

We love the pizza from Pinks, but by the time we get two pies (one for kids--cheese only small, and a medium three topping for us) and one salad, the tab is around $40. The 16"" 3 topping is $12.99 plus $6.75 for our three favorite toppings. The small cheese is $9.99. Of course, we do have leftovers for lunch, but this is kind of a splurge for taekout pizza. Since they don't deliver to our neck of the woods, we also have to drive to pick it up. Being from the Boston area, this pizza reminds me of Gino's pizza--very thin crust, greasy cheese. I love it with the Gorgonzola cheese, sausage and mushrooms. I will give it 5 stars because it is delicious, but be warned about the prices. I've ordered from this place 2-3 times, hoping it would get better. Never again. Each time pizza was cold and soggy. The sauce is awful. Plain whitebread crust. Bad taste, Yuck! Cons: cold, soggy, late delivery, overpriced, garbage more
