Replaced brakes on my 2012 Odyssey with upgraded, non-OEM brakes. Good recommendation and the work was done as promised. Less expensive than Honda for better parts.

Worst

Your staff returned my truck with bad brakes, after I had you redo the complete brake job. You need to have a qualified tech to review completed work for quality and safety issue...

Outrageous quote for shocks and struts 10/11/2013

The requested service performed was OK. However, I received an unsolicited quote to replace the struts and shocks. Here's why it was outrageous: 1) The front struts on this car were replaced just 3 months ago. 2) You parts quote for a strut was $183. The actual cost to replace these struts was $100 each. 3) Why in the world would I want to spend over $800 for this type of replacement on a vehicle which has over 164K miles on it. You may gain some business from this type of quote, but in this case it has cost you a customer and I am a local resident. more
