Replaced brakes on my 2012 Odyssey with upgraded, non-OEM brakes. Good recommendation and the work was done as promised. Less expensive than Honda for better parts.

Worst

Your staff returned my truck with bad brakes, after I had you redo the complete brake job. You need to have a qualified tech to review completed work for quality and safety issue...

Family owned and honest 6/15/2013

I've been using their service for years, and every time they meet or exceed my expectations. Recently I needed a emergency repair on a large truck. This is something they normally don't do, and they were very busy. But Paul repaired it for me asap, it runs great and I'm back on the road. Thanks, Ken more

Excellent Service! 5/27/2013

I have been going to Pinellas Auto on and off for a few years. They fixed my car up for a trip out west, and after I drove it back I took it to them. They are always patient and friendly when I ask millions of questions, and they are prompt at scheduling appointments and getting service completed. This is the best mechanic I have ever been to and I highly recommend them. Their prices are fair. more

The wonderful treatment of customer and car 5/8/2013

Shannon, Paul, and all the family are some of the kindest and most trustworthy folks I have known since relocating to this area almost five years ago. My daughter researched mechanics in the area and landed upon Pinellas Auto after reading only positive feedbacks. Quick story: I requested tire rotation upon my first visit along with oil change. When I went to pick up my car, Paul explained that tires appeared only to have experienced highway miles(which was true on a cross-country trip.) "No need yet to rotate....next time," Paul said. He could have easily charged me for requested rotation and done or not done it. That clinched it....I was a customer for life! And one more thing....the whole staff tries each and every time to keep costs as low as possible. Fine folks!!!!!!! Can't say enough good things about them all at Pinellas Auto. more

ok maybe they use computers now, but Pinellas Auto reminds me of the car mechanic shop we are always searching for.They do what my car needs,no trying to do more than is needed, fast, friendly,and what I like, clean and professional. Not wanting my car to breakdown but if it does I know where to take it!! more
