Picture It On Canvas

The product is ok, but their customer service is horrible. I have ben calling and emailing for 2 months trying to get an order fixed. They ignore and play dumb until you give up. Beware of this company. Find somewhere else to go. Horrible! more

Horrible customer service, no one answers their phone and their info@email is just an automated response. I wouldn't recommend them if you want the service you deserve more

They were amazing! The order was completed very quickly and great quality! I ordered 3 5x9 slates on Monday, and they were delivered (to Ohio during the Holiday season) on Wednesday. The image looks great - great color and definition. I even gave them the wrong shipping zip code and had it changed to the correct one without any difficulty. Their customer service rep was extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend them and/or use them again in the future. I am VERY pleased with the product. more

My husband and I just placed our sixth order via Groupon and we love this company! Our first few orders last year took awhile to receive but the last three shipped two days after we ordered them. They do beautiful work. Twice they have called me with suggestions and comments on how the make my images better. I don't understand some of the negative comments as I have never experienced any of these issues. They answer my emails to them within minutes. Maybe others had their emails going into their SPAM folder? Don't know but we love them. Also, I notice their phone number is at the bottom of every email. Just my 2 cents. I love them! more

I (by mistake, thinking this was another company) purchased two discount coupons for 16 x 20 canvas art a few months ago. They require 500kb pictures and I sent them one just exceeding that requirement (537kb) and the downloader would not accept it. I emailed them over and over and over asking how we could download this picture, never got a response! STILL have never gotten a response! I finally used another photo, got it in a fairly timely fashion, thought the result was mediocre at best. Their website says ""call us"" and has an area for contact information but there is NO PHONE #! They give no option for tracking your order, no ""log in"" and, as said before, no responses from email and no phone #. (and, yes, you can find their phone #, not a toll-free, if you search online, but go and try to find it on the website) IF you want to deal with a company that goes over and beyond anything you expect that makes this product, go to www.canvasondemand (the company I had dealt happily with before and mistakenly picked Picture It on Canvas). Canvas on Demand does superb work and their support and response time is wonderful. DO NOT DEAL WITH PICTURE IT ON CANVAS! Go online and check their reviews and you'll see all my problems and more. GROUPON offers discount coupons from both companies. Don't make the mistake I did and pick the wrong company! more

I'm kind of surprised at these couple reviews. My wife and I love them. Three orders so far and all have been perfect. They were very helpful. I do know they have a new way to download your photo when you order. I like it better. We don't get a proof but we see instantly how our picture will crop. more

I would suggest conducting a search for reviews on this company. Hands down the experiences are awful. I agree with durjoy. I have no faith in the single positive reviews you see. I believe the ones that give it 5 stars are family members or friends. How can so many folks like me have HORRIBLE experiences with them? They have hidden costs and if you don't pay them, they cut off the important parts of your picture, like in my wedding pictures when they cut off the grooms head. Really? He is in the center of the picture. Come on! more

This company is terrible. They are very disorganized. We ordered 4 prints over 2 months ago, and have yet to receive any of them. Everytime we call to inquire, they say they're waiting on payment information or that one of the photos didn't upload online. However, we've already paid (via a Groupon deal), and the missing photo was emailed to them WEEKS ago. Still nothing. Additionally, the website is so rudimentary that you can't even see a preview of your photo while ordering to verify all the options are actually what you want. Then they email you a proof (probably about a month after you order, if you're lucky). In this email, they ask you to spend more money to get it to look better, which is what it should look like anyway. It's like they make the proof look crappier than the picture you actually uploaded, so they can charge more for ""advanced photo editing"". Save your time & money and use Canvas on Demand! more

We found Picture it on Canvas on-line and quickly worked out all the details on putting our picure on a nice sized canvas just with email. Since they are in Poway near us in San Diego, we were able to run over to pick it up at the last minute. It looks great in our son's living room and he loves it. Pros: They really know their stuff and make it easy Cons: a little hard to find more
