The quality of care that I have received at Piazza Acura of Reading is the reason that I continue to purchase Acura vehicles and utilize your service department for maintenance and repairs. Mark Kozak took such good care of me during the purchase of my RSX that I returned to him when I was ready to purchase the ZDX. John Sonday went to great lengths to address and correct problems that I was having with my ZDX. The service that he and his team provided was excellent. With people like Kozak and Sonday in management positions at Piazza Acura of Reading, I have no reason to even look anywhere else when shopping and servicing vehicles. more

I had not previously contacted the dealership nor did I make an appointment. I simply walked in with an interest to check out a 2008 Civic Si I had seen on AutoTrader. From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed and greeted by a sales representatives ( Jessica Knier Diefenderfer)). I inquired about the 08 Si and I was quickly led out into the lot where the car was. Overall, Piazza Acura of Reading is honestly one of the best dealerships I have ever visited. At no point did I feel ""pushed"" or ""rushed"" to make any type of decision I was not prepared to. They simply did their job and showcased the vehicle in a very comfortable and informative manner. I highly encourage anyone looking for an Acura/Honda to visit the dealership and be sure to ask for Jessica Knier (Diefenderfer) the awesome saleslady! more

The high standards are set by the general manager, Tom Erickson, who firmly believes in customer satisfaction. He is never too busy to discuss concerns and takes every possible step to meet customer expectations. He insists that all of the personnel employed by the company follow that pattern of behavior. This dealership is a quality operation from top to bottom! more

As soon as I walked in, the person who took my information was friendly. They have a comfortable waiting area. They have coffee, vending machine and a TV. It was good service. They washed my car, too! more

I can honestly say that my experience at Piazza Acura of Reading was excellent. Your willingness to work with me and to go above and beyond the expected was quite refreshing. What can I say about my sales consultant? Jessica made me feel like a true customer before I actually became one. I felt really comfortable with her approach - no pressure just information, patience and a good sense of humor. She was great! I've been a Piazza customer for several years and look forward to being one for years to come - great products, people and service. more

I just want to know that I feel that Piazza Acura of Reading is the BEST dealership ever! I cannot believe that two of your employees took the time out of their busy day to call me and check and see how I was doing. I just want to commend Jake Green and Cathy Barabas for over and above customer service. They went out of their way to be concerned about me. more

Highly Recommended Dealership 1/26/2012

My husband Mark and I visited Piazza Acura of Reading's showroom last week, interested in a CPO vehicle. We wanted to provide some positive feeback about our time at Piazza Acura. Jessica Diefenderfer assisted us. She was welcoming and very pleasant. She listened carefully to our needs and was most accommodating in showing the cars that came close to our target. We were very impressed by her knowledge of the inventory and willingness to satisfy our search for the right car. Reading Acura 10/20/2011

The entire staff was very friendly and interested in us. We had a nice conversation and they were very helpful. We just came from a local BMW dealership that was not very customer friendly, but the folks at Piazza went out of their way to greet us and make us feel welcomed. more
