Piazza Acura of Reading could easily be the benchmark for service for the Acura line. They are personal, friendly and ready to answer questions; and with answers that are easy to understand. The high standards are set by the general manager, Tom Erickson, who firmly believes in customer satisfaction. He is never too busy to discuss concerns and takes every possible step to meet customer expectations. He insists that all of the personnel employed by the company follow that pattern of behavior. This dealership is a quality operation from top to bottom!
