Thank you for getting us out of a bind! 3/5/2011

We had called 1800 to fix it to find a carpet repair place as our dog had decided to dig a nice size out of the carpet right in the middle of the floor. Unfortunatly we had called the 1st place they gave us and made an appointment. Thankfully on our way to work and fighting with the lovely I-10 traffic, we spotted Robert's Jeep with his logo and advertisment, knowing we still had some time we called and Robert gave us a much better and reasonable price. He came out on a Saturday which is outstanding and fixed the carpet with a piece of carpet that we had. He is very personable and did not laugh at the poor attempt made on our part to fix it. Not to metion he kept with the same price that he had guoted over the phone. Sometimes its hard not knowing who to go to and who to trust. This guy Robert, I will highly recommend. Thank you! Oh and the spot that he repaired... you can hardly tell where it got messed up. Very impressed! more

Talk about exceeding expectations! 3/3/2011

My dog had torn up a section of carpet in my very large master suite and I thought it was going to cost me several thousand dollars for a total replacement. Robert responded very quickly and was able to make my carpet look as good as new and saved me a lot of money. I will never call anybody else for carpet repair and you shouldn't either! more

AMAZING JOB! 3/3/2011

Called Robert yesterday to get quote and he already came out this morning to fix my carpet repair that my dog chewed up in three different areas. Very quick and very responsable price, cant even tell that the dog got to the carpet. EXCELLENT JOB!! more

A relatives pet dug a large hole in my carpet 3/1/2011

My relatives dog dug a very large hole in my carpet. Robert came out in a very timely manner and repaired the carpet with a remnant I had. I can't even tell the carpet was damaged. His work is AMAZING!!!! My beautiful carpet is back!!!! We highly recommend Robert and his wonderful work. He is nice, courteous and we will definitely call him if we need a repair again!!! more

My carpet flooded and Robert installed new padding and re-laid the carpet. He did an excellent job. 2/26/2011

My washer overflowed and flooded the living room.I needed new padding and carpet re-laid. I called Robert on a Saturday. He gave me an estimate and made an appointment to do the work after the carpet dried. He was on time very courteous and knowledgeable. The padding was ripped up by the company drying it and Robert had to cut the carpet to install the padding, he did a great job and the seam is undetectable.He also recommended a great guy to do the carpet cleaning afterwards. more

Awesome 2/19/2011

Mr. Atlas came out and repaired a small piece of carpet the cats had chewed up. It looks great! He was professional and also extremely patient. My 5 year old daughter wanted to watch him and so he let her and told her what he was doing at each step also. She's a talker and they had a very nice conversation. He even spent a little time answering my additional questions. All around great experience. more

A small but critial carpet repair that saved the day! 2/16/2011

We recently sold our home and took a Murphy bed with us. When the Murphy bed was installed, the carpet was cut in order to accommodate the braces. Even though the carpet had not been cleanly cut, Robert was about to make the repair in such a manner that it is difficult to see that there was ever a cut. Great job!!!! We are moving to Pebble Creek and we will certainly recommend Phoenix Carpet Repair. more

Repaired carpet on my stairs after dog ate it! 2/10/2011

My dog enjoys using the carpet on the stairs as a way to release anxiety. I needed the two stairs repaired immediately. I called Phoenix Carpet Repair on Tuesday and received a call back within two hours. Robert was very professional and accommodating! Very Professional 2/5/2011

After reading many excellent reviews, I hired Robert to come over and repair four areas on my carpet that had frayed significantly and had detached from the floor. Robert showed up on time, was very professional in his demeanor and did an excellent job. He was very proud of his work and I can see why! Plus he was generous enough to repair an additional small corner free of charge and recommended a carpet cleaning business that also did an outstanding job! I would definitely hire him again. more

I needed a small carpet job to run my speaker wire under the carpet, after calling more than 5 carpet services (instalation, repair, even cleaning) nobody would take my business. In my last attempt to find someone to help me I found Robert, from the very beginning he said yes, we scheduled an appointment, he called when he said he would, got to my house on time right to the job, he recommend me the best way to do it, and got everything done in 15 minutes very clean professional and reliable, noy my new home theatre looks with a clean instalation thanks to Robert!. more

I had a burnt carpet, and it was a pretty significant size. I didn't know how in the world we would be able to fix it. Robert, from Phoenix Carpet Repair, made some great suggestions. He told me that we could use some carpet from a closet, and then replace that with something that matched. He also asked if I had some extra carpet lying around, because we could use that as well. We did find some extra carpet, so we used that. For no extra charge he also did some extra repairs around the house that he saw. He went above and beyond the call of duty and didn't charge me for it. The patch spot looks really great. It is better than I could have hoped for. more
