After reading many excellent reviews, I hired Robert to come over and repair four areas on my carpet that had frayed significantly and had detached from the floor. Robert showed up on time, was very professional in his demeanor and did an excellent job. He was very proud of his work and I can see why! Plus he was generous enough to repair an additional small corner free of charge and recommended a carpet cleaning business that also did an outstanding job! I would definitely hire him again.
