This vietnamese pho(noodle) place in Chinatown has been around for a long while, the food is just average, and the quality of service is just about okay too as they don't seem to speak too much english like other vietnamese nowaday is capable of. The price is just about the same as everywhere else, and the food is just as your average vietnamese would be similiar too.
