Hate to give 2 stars, but.... 1/21/2014

We appreciated the friendly and helpful service with the oil change and tire rotation on 1/18. We brought it to the attendants attention that we were still hearing the loud road noise in the front of the car and could he check the tires again when he rotated them. We were there on October 16,2013 for an oil change and tire rotation. We still heard the noise, but took their word that the tires were rotated. On January 18, your attendant told us that the tire was worn and the car was out of alignment, something they would have seen had the tires been rotated in October. Nothing changed from October to January except now the road noise is gone. My husband suspected that the tires were not rotated in October and he was right. Unfortunate, because up to now you have had a good reputation with us. Just letting you know. more

Honest, Trustworthy, and Friendly 1/19/2014

I went in for a simple oil change and ended up get some tires. I knew I needed new tires and the guys at the shop confirmed it. They quoted me a price on two tires, which beat everything else I had previously looked at. They also said I only needed two new tires instead of trying to up sell me to four. Pfefferle has continued to be the most trustworthy place to get my car repaired. I left feeling informed about my car and confident in repair decisions I'll need to make in the future. I Love these guys and the way they do business. more

I used to go to Jiffy Lube. I wasn't surprised when they went out of business. They used high pressure sales techniques. It really got old. Your guys tell you what is recommended. One question though... I asked for a transmission flush, and was told it was only done at your other store. If that's the case, why do you have the price of the service on your board? Excellent service, customer oriented, honest, friendly 1/2/2014

I recently, over the past year or so, have started taking my 2010 ford to Pfefferle for service and oil changes. They are hands down better than any of those other quick lube shops (Valvoline, Jiffy Lube, etc). The staff is friendly and personable. Their service is excellent, accurate and fast. They are honest and reliable. I took my SUV in for an oil change last year and had them check my tires to see if they were ready to be replaced and they told me I still had a little time - got at least another year out of them. They could have had me for a new set of tires, as I don't know any better, but were honest. My most recent visit, for tires and an oil change, was just as great. They provided shuttle service and all at no additional charge. Very happy with their customer oriented service approach. I intend to be a lifetime customer! more
