I went in for a simple oil change and ended up get some tires. I knew I needed new tires and the guys at the shop confirmed it. They quoted me a price on two tires, which beat everything else I had previously looked at. They also said I only needed two new tires instead of trying to up sell me to four. Pfefferle has continued to be the most trustworthy place to get my car repaired. I left feeling informed about my car and confident in repair decisions I'll need to make in the future.
