Excellent staff! Always upfront about what I need and nothing more! Convenient and good prices and then add in a great staff! That's why I am a repeat customer!

After 3 attempts you guys got it right. First time, I was loosing air in 1 tire I had just bought from you guys and the tires did not match there spot on the dash to locate the low one. 2nd back they matched up dash sensor to tire locating and told me loose value cord was the problem, they fixed it. Nope still continue to leak but very slow as b/4, 3rd. visit i think his name was Jay, told me not to worry he take care of it, in no time found something in tire and could not be fix,checked warranty mounted and bal new tire, on my way in no time. I was very pleased with the service i received. Everybody was talkative and very courteous. I felt like i was in good hands because the techs were confident in what they were talking about and made me feel like they werent just talking a bunch of bs like other places u go to. I will be back to this location more

Great service...every time! 2/12/2014

Service is always consistent. The staff is courteous and professional. Our cars perform well in all weather even the ones with over 100,00 miles! We have used no one but Pfefferle for over 10 years. The only exception being twice we were told the problem would still be under our dealership's warranty. For this advice there was no charge! more

Dependable 2/8/2014

I called and was able to get an appointment that morning and since it would take a couple hours to fix they arranged a rental car for me from Enterprise Rent-A-Car to use until my car was done. They had my car fixed and I was on my way. Unlike other places I have been they checked it out right away to let me know what needed fixed. They have a nice waiting area with coffee, water and a TV. more

Very professional and courtious 1/30/2014

The employees are very friendly and cautious and, most of all experienced in respect to the vehicles. They are never pushy about needed service on your car. They inform you as to what the vehicle needs answer any questions and let you decide. Reasonable pricing, great location, just a great all around experience having my vehicle serviced there. more
