Great experience before i signed on the dotted line. AFTER---WORST EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. DAYS..and i mean days after my 2 1/2 year old car was purchased and i washed it(might i add it was dirtier than a truck stops bathrooms when i bought it) i noticed paint chips all around my entire car...in front of the rear wheel wells, bumper hood and MY ROOF.(ok some road debri is fine especially because my car was black) but on the roof? in the back where it was next to impossible for ""road debri"" to land and chip my paint? The roof had 9 semi-large dime sized paint chips that were covered up by a poor paint touch up job and were beginning to show signs of cancer and metal errosion. The paint was even bubbling from underneath. After a long battle with peruzzi and mitsubishi corporate i was told i was up shi**s creek. CLAIM WAS DENIED FIRST because the roof chips were caused by road debri, and after i pointed out how impossible that was, the regional manager changed his answer to ""oh it was probably bird shi*"" Two local body shops (1 beinf a family friend) that told me the paint was absolutley defective(clear coat and protective film defective) and it was not bird sh*t and there most certainly should not be thousands of chips on a less than 3 year old car. They also told me if i didnt repaint my roof soon i would have serious problems. Maybe it was the previous owner? NOPE i was able to get her info and shes middle aged mother who drove to and from work/highway and light suburban driving(certainly not the offroading/gravel roads peruzzi suggested she was driving down..The auto body places also mentioned the rest of my car that is now covered in paint chips would need to be repainted soon or i will have more cancerous/metal errosion spots and they would grow.------------ Instead of trying to keep a lifetime customer peruzzi basically told me it wasnt their problem. I had the car for a week and it wasnt their problem? Instead of atleast repainting my roof that would have probably cost them under 100 dollars or my entire car for under about 600. Im left with a paint job that will cost me 3-400 for my roof and about 1500 minumum for a good paint job. MOST IMPORTANTLY THROUGOUT MY ENTIRE EXPERIENCE AT PERUZZI(AFTER I SIGNED ON THAT DOTTED LINE) THE SALE MANAGER GABRIEL, HIS SALES TEAM, THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, THE SERVICE MANAGER AND THE REGIONAL MANAGER FOR MITSUBISHI WERE ALL VERY RUDE AND CONDESENDING. THEY HAVE ABSOLUTLEY LOST A LIFETIME CUSTOMER AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM PERUZZI MITSUBISHI...I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE WHERE MY almost $17,000 purchase is appreciated. please if you take anything from this review at all make it this last sentence. DO NOT EVERY BUY A CAR FROM PERUZZI MITSUBISHI.
