Quick and professional service. 5/2/2016

My air conditioning unit had decided to go haywire and would randomly shut itself down and turn itself on, but the guys at Perfect Home Services were able to fix it right up. They were pretty quick to respond to my call which was great. The technicians got out pretty quickly and they got right to work. It took them a little over an hour to get my unit all fixed up and then they did tests to make sure it would not start acting up again which I really appreciated. They even followed up a couple of days later to make sure it was still running which I thought was great. The price was right and the guys were great, so I would definitely call them again if I had the need. more

Company did a real thorough installation of my HVAC / Furnace, but the checkup calls are another story. I'm really getting tired of having these guys hawking me every time they come over about how I need $500 filtration systems, surge protection, and other accessory products that are not any HVAC/ furnace manufacturer's installation. Just service my HVAC / furnace, okay? more

Good field personell but poor tracking 4/28/2016

I purchased a complete heating and a/c system. I was promised by the sales person that I would receive 3 years of free bi-annual check ups. They have no record of it and will not honor. Feel a bit ripped off. Sales person no longer working there so I'm out of luck. They did offer less, but stil not fair. On the other hand, the field people have been great and took their time and were very detailed. more

Dishonest and over priced 4/27/2016

Will never do business with them again. He charged over $400 to replace a component that costs < $50. When I asked him to give me itemized bill, he said $450 total, no break-down of the amounts. Already reviewed this crook on Yelp. more

I will NEVER RECOMMEND Perfect Home Services ! 4/27/2016

"PERFECT" HOME SERVICES IS WAY OVERPRICED! I requested a lavatory faucet and a kitchen faucet to be replaced in my house on April 13, 2016. They wanted to charge me $1,191. I was able to find another plumber who did the projects for $650. Took two hours. I still think that's a lot of money. Watch out for this companies/plumbers who prey on the elderly. Always shop around. Look for honesty and integrity! more
