Tried to cheat us on air conditioning service. We ordered $100 filter replacements and have not received them, over 6 months later. Scam!!! Beware!! 9/7/2016

Tried to cheat us on air conditioning service, told us we needed a new unit..but different repair service was able to repair for $200. We ordered replacement filters six months ago, but no one can tell us where they are..still no filters. $100 filter!!! This company is a scam!! Beware! We will be reviewing on online sources as well to warn people! more

Prompt, Courteous and Knowledgeable 9/6/2016

The technician called with an ETA, and met it. He was very courteous and explained what tasks he was going to perform and also explained why he needed to perform them. He also gave instructions on what to be on the lookout for as my system ages and how to prolong the life of the system. more

Interesting service tech 8/23/2016

They were called to fix a clogged sink/garbage disposal. The very first thing we were approached with was the ridiculous fee for a 1 time 24 hour guarantee and an even more rudiculoys fee for a few year plan. Then came the speech about it is probably worse than we think and we will try to get it fix. Doom and gloom all the way! When it wasn't an immediate fix then asking about our pipes in the basement. We knew it was just a clog and knew that the tech was fishing to see if he could get us on the hook for unnecessary work. The whole service call was very suspect. more

Always good! 8/10/2016

I have been a member for years and have always had great service. I have replaced our furnace/ac, and now water heater with them. This past service visit my wife called to set the appointment. later that same day the water heater was replaced before I was back home from work! They are not the cheapest guys on the block, but why would they. The products they use with the repairs are higher grade and the techs are always solid. It's like anything in life, you get what you pay for. The service is great and the products used are upper quality. Would recommend in the future. more

Did what was needed but pricey 8/4/2016

I called this place as it was the first to pop on Google. The listing is different from the name they provided when they called. I thought it was a local guy not a company with huge overhead. They did the job but I was not given a price before they did it which tied my hands. Normally they tell you what's wrong and then go over the cost to fix it. Tech was nice. I just think 176 to clear a drain for an hours work is a bit pricey. more

Poor service time 8/2/2016

The customer service is usually good, but my experience this time was less so. I called on a Thursday morning, but a serviceman didn't come to my house until Friday afternoon. Then he ordered a part for Monday, but didn't call me that day to update me on the time he would be coming. He still hasn't come on Tuesday and I called the company for an update. They told me they would call the servicemen to inquire with him, but I never heard back from either. Now, I can only hope they will be here Wednesday. more

Stay away. Overpriced high turnover crooks 7/19/2016

Expensive, and nearly every time we needed to correct the "professionals" at perfect home services when doing anything (plumbing/havoc/ etc) for instance, not only did they install a recirculating pump in our home (that the manufacturer of the tankless system said " would never work with it) but, they once failed to install a p-trap under out tub (the little goose neck that traps water so sewer gas doesn't fill your home). It filled out home with sewer gas for days. Sure they made good on issues raised, BUT there were arguments with them and insinuations (that we didn't know what we were talking about) EVERY step of the way, as well as many many days and hours of our lost time. Under the current owner (I believe the son) Perfect Home Services has turned into a F' the customer and employee business at any cost. Stay away more

It was easy to schedule appointment, and they met my needs. Technician is very knowledgeable and explained in detail the AC condition and alternatives to fix it. I highly recommend this company and specifically the technician who was at my house more
