When the technician diagnosed my problem, he said it was the drain and not the garbage disposal and he was upset and said "it's not the garbage disposal, its the drain, now we have to send someone else" and made it like it was my fault? He ended up looking at it anyway and said I needed to have the branch line jetting done which was almost $1000?? Then he was upset that I said I needed to talk to my husband? That's a lot of money and yes, I do need to get that approved by my husband. He said "Can't you call him right now" I said no, hes in a budget meeting. We got a really bad taste from this company when he said "Ok sign here that you are declining all services", then proceeded to write on the ticket in all capital letters "DECLINED SERVICE-HAS TO TALK TO HUSBAND, CANNOT DISTURB HIM NOW, HE IS IN A MEETING.". Not a very professional way to handle this matter. Anyway, I called another company and they rotted out the drain in less than 20 minutes and charged me only $150.00. This company is a scam.
