Media does a beautiful job on my nails and is a very pleasant person. Everyone at the front desk has always been very helpful as well. I look forward to coming regularly.

Great stylist 11/28/2011

My family all goes to Mari and she is the best, she goes above and beyond. My only comment would be that the desk staff should automatically offer clients a drink and check with them throughout their visit especially as I am there usually for one and half hours or more. Other salons I have been to especially in Europe have staff especially to be attentive to the clients as the stylist is very busy and does not always have time to fetch drinks etc. This is not a complaint just a suggestion as going above and beyond with the little things always makes a big impression with me. more

My experience at Per Se Aveda was amazing... I wanted to buy some Aveda clay for men, so I bought some Aveda clay for men...the girls who helped me at guest care went above and beyond my expectations for excellent customer service. They smiled, they said hello and they said good bye... They even recommended that I have a nice day, which I did... Thank you Per Se... You and your clay made my day... more

I had my hair cut by Jessica at Per Se and she did an amazing job! The salonspa itself is clean, well organized, very comfortable, and--thanks to a welcoming, cheerful staff--a place you feel as good walking in to, as you feel when you walk out with a fresh haircut. more

I will NOT be back 11/21/2011

i understand that selling products to your clients is necessary but the approach is just as important as well. i almost left crying the last time i got a hair cut last wednesday because my stylist kept telling me how horribly dry and damaged my hair was. she kept going on and on with such attitude without end trying to get me in again to do a protein treatment saying my hair doesnt reflect light. I have never felt so insulted! my hair is VERY healthy. i dont blow dry it, i dont color it, i dont straighten it. maybe she should have used a detangler if it was hard to brush through! considering i wasnt signed up for a blow dry we did not wash my hair. I go to other salons that are just as nice (and trust me I will be going there next time) whom for 45$ will WASH CUT BLOWDRY STYLE my hair before i leave. My hair cut was NOTHING like i wanted and i have long hair and it was done in 10 mins. i felt rushed and not taken care of! I work in a salon atmosphere and my goal is to make people..especially WOMEN of all ages feel beautiful no matter what and help them GET there WITHOUT making them feel like shit about themselves. more

Facial and pedicure 11/21/2011

I had a facial and a pedicure, and all I can say is wow. I highly recommend the spa to anyone who is looking to relax and come out feeling like a new person! Kristen is awesome, she and I talked about which facial would be best for me and my face has never looked or felt better! Brittany did the pedicure after my facial and she was very personable while professional, and does an awesome job! I liked my experience so much that I bought a series for my facials, and made my appt. for next month for both! more

I go home with a smile on a my face and a well thought out haircut which smells great from the essential oil enriched shampoos, conditioners and natural hair products they use. more

Sometimes great, other times, not so much. 11/17/2011

When I've had spa services such as massage, facials they're always great. Not happy with the cut and color services I've had. Never felt like I walked out after foils really looking much different. Didn't particularly like the stylist, so I now go to another salon for those services. I will continue to buy my product, and occasionally go to Per Se for spa services. more

Relaxing Saturday! 11/14/2011

My daughter gave me a gift certificate to Per Se after I took my sister there for her birthday. Had the pedicure and a massage, which was one of the most relaxing I'd ever had. Picked out a chakra oil that "spoke" to me, and Sue had the perfect touch. The pedicure was also enjoyable - just wish they had jets in their foot tub. I'll definitely be back! more

excellent service, even through a power outage 11/6/2011

as stressed as i am always, i feel much better after coming here for anything. Right before my wedding, during a massive power outage which included my venues for the weekend of my wedding, i still managed to get nails and hair done, they were supportive and like family and of course my hair and nails came out great. everything worked out great and now i have fantastic pictures and nails for my honeymoon more
