Media does a beautiful job on my nails and is a very pleasant person. Everyone at the front desk has always been very helpful as well. I look forward to coming regularly.

Great cut and color but price too high 12/31/2011

I got a great haircut and a great color but I don't feel good about spending $160 plus tip for my hair every month. I will have to keep this as a twice a year treat for myself. more

Another satisfying experience 12/25/2011

I was greated warmly and taken care of in the personal manner I have become accustomed to (good cut, nice wash, etc all from mari who does it in a warm, comfortable manner that is really nice but not overdone). One of the few things I do to "pamper" myself. more

My first experience was very good, my second experience was not - I don't know if I'll be back. The stylist was more interested in telling me about her other customers than hearing what I had to say. I left with a hair style that was exactly what I asked her NOT to do. more

Disappointed 12/22/2011

I am always impressed when I arrive and the salon welcomes me and gets me to my apt due to my busy schedule, however, this time was not so. I did nt mind the wait but when I was handed off to another stylist, whom is wonderful, do not get me wrong, then my own stylist, owner, passed me completely off with a quick"How are you?". I was then brushed off, left to dry my clor and handed off again, midwash, to yet another. I never saw again the fisrt 2 stylists for a formal bye, next apt asked, or other. I was also surprised to see my stylist at one point next to my chair, doing her own hait. So, who do you thank, or tip and wish HAPPY HOLIDAYS TOO? My visits came about due to an apolagy from a bad experience 4 years back. now do I need to reconsider? I may not have a lot done due to my natiral curls and sty;e, however I purchase merchandise and have many connections! more

You are sending me email and text to confirm my appointment. This is redundant. I also see that for me to make a change I have to call. As it is I did call regarding the appointment I have Thursday to "Base Only", but it's not changed on the email you just sent. I would like to be able to make my appointment changes via email to the store. This would save time on both ends. more

Wonderful Experience! 12/19/2011

I recently went in for a haircut with Stephanie for the first time since my Pedro wasn't available. It was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Stephanie listened to what my thoughts were and talked thoroughly about my cut before getting started. I have curly hair and tend to be overprotective when it comes to new stylists and much lovable locks. She was fantastic and the cut is phenomenal! She also blew it out and gave me tips for doing it myself. All in all, I would go back to Stephanie in a heartbeat! She was great! So happy! more

I love this place. You walk in and are cheerfully greeted, offered warm beverages and spoken to with kindness. Pedro cut my hair, and has for some time now. In my 39 years I have never been happy with my haircuts until Pedro and Per Se! I have had massages, purchased product and had a facial. I am never going anywhere else. Hooray Per Se! more
