This place is supposed to be a fast food version of PF Chang’s. The food is marginal for what you pay and the service is fair at best. The edamame is usually overcooked, therefore soggy and unsavory. I recently had the honey seared chicken and it was undercooked and not very tasty. A waiter decided to clean some aluminum on the table next to us with a strong smelling solvent that almost made me sick. Skip this restaurant. more

Little brother of PF Chang's 8/9/2005

Pei Wei offers dishes similar to PF Chang's, but in a more informal setting. The value is better as well. I normally start every meal with some edamame - the shell-and-eat peas. My favorite main dish is the Pei Wei Spicy beef, which is flavorful, and spicy (as advertised). There are several Asian and American beers available. And of course there are fortune cookies to share with friends. One time mine said "You like Chinese food." Well, duh! more
