Peak kia was very helpful finding my DREAM car for me and very friendly didnt stick to you like glue as soon as you pull up, gave you time to look around before they came and helped. Austin and grant were very very helpful was very cool and knew what he was doing. i would give peak Kia 100/100. Matthew Sandoval first contacted me through email almost immediately after I sent in for an online quote on the Kia Soul. Shortly thereafter Matthew called me and of all the salesman I spoke with he was by far the most polite and genuinely seemed to care about my needs and helping to fulfill them. I scheduled an appointment to test drive the Kia Soul with Matthew with no expectation of buying any time in the foreseeable future. I must say that Matthew was even nicer than I was expecting and did such a great job of representing himself, the dealership, the Soul and Kia overall that I indeed ended up driving off in a new Kia Soul that I absolutely love. Matthew made this such an enjoyable experience that I would never want to deal with anyone else besides him for my future car purchases and still cannot stop talking about my experience to everybody I know. I got in a car accident a couple weeks ago and had just found out the insurance company was totaling my car. My husband and I decided to spend Saturday just looking at cars. We went to Peak Kia because a friend recommendation and the reviews were wonderful. We were greeted by Nolan and he was super friendly and wasn't put out that we were just looking. He gave us two options, we could look at cars and then see if we qualified or we could run a credit check and go from there. I chose option two. I explained that I was waiting for the insurance settlement before I would be able to come up with a down payment. Again, he was not put out by that option. We did all the paperwork and to my amazement I qualified for a brand new Kia with no money down and payments that were in my price range. I told Nolan that I had to have a Kia, preferably a Rio. They were able to find me one, the only thing was it was a stick shift and I hadn't driven one in about 9 years. Nolan was super understanding and instead of making me test drive in traffic, he let me get the feel of driving stick in an unused parking lot. It made test driving the car more comfortable. I found out that I still possessed all the knowledge of how to drive stick. Filling out the finance paperwork with Sean was painless and he was very nice and answered all our questions. I've bought a few cars in my life and this by far was the best experience I've had. I would recommend them to anyone who's in the market for a car. more

The Kia dealership in Littleton is hands down the best place I have ever been. I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Andy gave me my options, told me what those options would cost me and then I made my decision. Not once did they try to get me to spend more money than I wanted. I will be a Kia owner for life! more

I have been shopping for a new vehicle since late last summer and have literally researched and test driven each and every vehicle currently available in the small SUV class. Honestly I would have purchased something much sooner were it not for the combination of an unimpressive product from most manufacturers and the overall incompetence displayed by the salespeople I encountered throughout my vehicle search. Although not initially on my radar I eventually came across the Kia Sportage which is hands down the nicest vehicle I found in the small SUV class. I ended up visiting a few different Kia dealerships but I must say Matthew Sandoval and Peak Kia definitely stood out amongst their competitors. Their vehicle had the best price, their building was much nicer than the other dealerships I visited and Matthew was the best salesman I have ever encountered. He made this the most enjoyable transaction I have ever been a part of and I can't thank him enough. So if you happen to find yourself in the market for a new vehicle I would strongly suggest you look into a Kia and more specifically visit Peak Kia and Matthew Sandoval. more

This place is excellent. After a couple days of hardcore car shopping i was fed up with all the stress and salesman attitudes I almost didnt want to shop any more. I stopped in at Peak and worked with Victor Sena. He was really helpful and didnt have any of the high pressure attitude I had gotten other places. They have a decent selection and prices are good too. I would recommend this place just by the way the staff treated me alone. more

The only word I can think to describe how my experience was, is AMAZING. I was so terrified to even begin looking for a new car. I knew my credit was not at all where it should be and that made the even more horrific. But one day while listening to the radio I had heard an advertisement for PEAK KIA and decided to jump online and express interest. Again I was very hesitant to do so because in the past other dealerships would instantly jump to ""hey go get a co signer."" However PK was totally opposite. Paul gave me a call the next day, asked a little about me and what I was looking for, explained how financing worked, and answered every question I had. Matter of fact he made me feels comfortable and confident I filled out the finance application that day. He kept me in touch each step of the way so I was never in the dark. Once I was approved, without a cosigner I might add, I went in with my family and Paul treated us all like family. It was awesome to have a real person and not some salesman who was just pushing me to buy. I am so glad Paul could understand how the whole experience was scary for me being a first time buyer. I will always recommend Peak Kia for anyone looking to buy for two reasons, one they can get you financed and two, Paul O'Farrell will get you in the car you want without any regrets. more

This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. As soon as I got there I was greeted by Victor Sena and he is the best car buying guide (I wont say car salesman because he was not like anyone I have ever dealt with) I have ever had. He was courteous, professional and friendly. We went through the whole lot looking and everything. the selection was great and the prices were good. The whole time he kept his professionalism while answering all of my questions. He was very honest and even gave me answers that steered me away at times. It was really refreshing to be able to work with someone that makes you comfortable and educated. After quite some time I picked out a 2012 pathfinder. From there the financing was great. it took no time at all and they had everything ready to go. as soon as we were done they told me my car was ready and waiting. when I got to it I found they had washed it really well so much that it looked even better then when I picked it out, and filled the gas tank. I will recomment peak kia to everyone looking for a new car. And if you go make sure you talk to Victor. you will really enjoy it, especially if you have had bad car guy experiences in the past. more

This place is by far the least stressful car sales place on the planet. I worked with Victor Sena and wow was I impressed. we talked about just about every car on the lot and the whole time he was extremely patient and willing to take the time with me. I can be a bit picky at times and he had no problem letting me take my time and find the perfect car. I ended up buying something that was a little higher than my budget but it has worked out perfectly. the whole staff is really friendly and not pushy like alot of other places in town. the showroom is really clean and they give you drinks and popcorn while you are waiting. financing is really easy and takes no time at all. I recommend this place to everyone I know looking to buy a car. more

Buying a car in the past has never been an easy nor fun experience for us until we found Peak Kia in Littleton. Sophie Pearson and Lalo Rincon were the sales reps that we worked with and they were both fantastic! \r \r The personal service that we received all the way through the process was unmatched by any other dealer in town. Sophie and Lalo were both so very helpful in our selection of our vehicle. They found for us exactly what we were looking for in the Sorento. I had done my research online prior to going and I knew exactly what I wanted. They did not try to show me anything other than what I wanted and we found the perfect one! \r \r They made the trade in process super easy as I could not wait to trade in my old car and the pricing for our lease was perfect, no bull, no games. That alone was so appreciated!\r \r Sophie was great as she set aside time to show me all the bells and whistles that came with my new Sorento. She even walked me back to the service department and introduced me to several members of their staff that I would be working with in the future for my maintenance and oil changes. Not only that but she called and followed up with an email to make sure I was not having any problems using my new car. Who does that these days? \r \r Our experience was so great that within a week we found ourselves in need of a used car for our daughter and we knew there was only one place we would go. When we went in to the dealership we were greeted by Lalo and he remembered my name! He jokingly said ""Hey Meaghan, you here to buy another car?"" and I said ""why yes actually I am"" LOL!!! \r \r We told him what we were looking for and he found us the perfect car. During the test drive he even gave my daughter some driving tips. That really showed us that they are a very caring bunch! He was truly concerned that we found just the right car for her and not just trying to get the sale. \r \r Peak Kia will have our business for life! Libby was exceptional. Smiles from the moment she greeted me at Peak Kia. She was trusting from the start, and allowed me to take home information and call her when I was ready. Which changed from Thursday today mainly for that reason. I have never had a salesman (or woman) that wasn't overly aggressive, and Libby allowed me to do things according to my schedule, while still providing me with more then enough information. I purchased my car with Paul O'Farrell, Cory Nelson, and Mike Byerly. I had the most amazing experience, I didn't even feel as if I was buying a car. They explained EVERYTHING I was agreeing to and buying and they explained the car and all of it's features. It was such a quick process, being my first car I've ever baught, it was amazing.
