In brief, Patten Books is very strong in literature, religion, history and cooking, but, most of all, it has such a nice feel about it and Keith knows his inventory.

One of the best and most reasonably priced used bookstores in the country 3/23/2007

This bookstore has a great inventory of used books at very reasonable prices and a very knowledgeable management. Great for finding older books which you read about referred to in literary and New Yorker articles and are not in Borders or at Amazon. Pros: Great books! Book lovers paradise Cons: No cons more

Great Used Book Store! 2/13/2006

Too many Mom and Pop bookstores are disappearing. Patten is a breath of fresh air from the big chains! Excellent place for the avid reader! Pros: Friendly, Inexpensive, Big selection more
