But, here goes again. Maybe someone will be avoided the stress I have incurred from Pat's Tire.\r

On Saturday, November 28, 2009, I drove my 1978 MGB Roadster to Pat's Tire to have the annual NC state safety inspection performed.\r

Now, this car wasn't perfect, but it was mechanically and electrically sound as I had been driving it around Eastern NC for a year.\r

I drove the car onto Pat's lot, parked it in a space near the office, went in, the service writer took my keys and wrote the service order. I had a seat in the waiting room and started working on my lap top.\r

The next think I heard was someone running in and shouting for me to get outside because my car was on fire!\r
\r
Well to make a long story short, My classic MGB was a total loss. Not only did Pat's Tire refuse to file a claim on their insurance, but they also refused to provide me with their insurance information and even the name of their attorney.\r
