Pat's Auto Service Center

i live out of town and my daughter goes to school in wilmington,pats tire and auto was recommend to her for her car had stalled in traffic.she called pats and they sent a wrecker service out to her,she came with the wrecker,pats took her car in as soon as they could and explained to her what has happen.{timing belt had broken } they gave here the estimate she called me and i thought was a good price and they also had a $100.00 off coupon for the timing belt replacement they gave to her.the owner took her home and they repaired the car,then called her and picked her up so she could get her car and life to her was normal again.thanks to all at pats tire.great job done.{DAD} more

I guess non-flattering reviews are deleted...\r \r But, here goes again. Maybe someone will be avoided the stress I have incurred from Pat's Tire.\r \r On Saturday, November 28, 2009, I drove my 1978 MGB Roadster to Pat's Tire to have the annual NC state safety inspection performed.\r \r Now, this car wasn't perfect, but it was mechanically and electrically sound as I had been driving it around Eastern NC for a year.\r \r I drove the car onto Pat's lot, parked it in a space near the office, went in, the service writer took my keys and wrote the service order. I had a seat in the waiting room and started working on my lap top.\r \r The next think I heard was someone running in and shouting for me to get outside because my car was on fire!\r \r Well to make a long story short, My classic MGB was a total loss. Not only did Pat's Tire refuse to file a claim on their insurance, but they also refused to provide me with their insurance information and even the name of their attorney.\r \r What do I think more

I take my car to Pats for everything that needs to be done! So does my husband, mom, and aunt. We are all very satisfied with Pasts. The staff is courteous and approachable - which is very nice as I am a mid-twenty year old female. They have earned my TRUST. I took my car in for an oil change the other day. I had been feeling a slight resistance on the brakes. I mentioned it to Brian and he said "We'll check it out for you." Sure enough, my brakes are wearing. However, Brian explained to me how much wear there was and how I didn't need to have it down right then, just sometime in the near future. Is was so nice to be able to not have to stand there and state, Well I don't have the money to do that right now, etc when one might feel pressured by the staff to get it done immediately - The feeling you get at a lot of service stations. At the same time, had it been urgent I know Pats would have informed me of such because they actually care about their customers! How refreshing more

My husband and I have been going to Pats tire and auto for a while now. I used to take my car to the dealership since it was under warranty. I'm over that. The oil change was half of what I've paid the dealership. Besides being cheaper they are very customer service oriented. I recommend them to everyone I know. more

I went to have the oil changed on a newly purchased used vehicle. I also asked them to "check it out" and let me know if it needed any other service. I expected them to find something, if not many things, that needed to be done to get it into shape. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, they told me that it looked great and they didn't think it needed anything done at this time. I was very impressed, since they could have told me something just to increase my bill. They're staff is very friendly. I now use them to service both of my vehicles and recommend them highly! more

I went to get some tires and I was referred here. They treated me very well. They helped me choose the best tires for my Jeep. I would recommend their services. more
