Took too long 8/20/2013

We really enjoyed everyone we worked with but purchasing the car took too long. We arrived around 10:00 AM and did not leave after completing the purchase until 4:30 PM more

so the service was excellent - Jackie asked all the right questions, spot on recommendations, little things like being able to find a can of penetrating oil... her knowledge - even though she said she wasn't the best person to outline the details - was right on it. Green - when is the last time a CAR dealer had an organic garden onsite?~!?!? LEED certification? for a car dealership? Of course, the value equation needs to include price as well. No, they don't offer valet service wherever you live but the pricing was very competitve and the process was not totally uncomfrtable more

Just bought a new 2014 Forrester! John, the sales rep, was very knowledgeable re. all the new changes compared to my 2010 Forrester. My experience at Patriot Subaru has always been great, whether it has been with sales/finance or with maintenance. Love my new car!! more
