Mike McDonald was one of the most genuine and honest individuals we have ever encountered during our time looking for a car. He was extremely professional, friendly, and really showed a passion for helping people. He wasn't out to sell a car, he was out to help a person! We truly enjoyed the experience from the first time we walked on the lot, to the day we drove it off the lot, and the best part it, it continues to be a wonderful experience! Everyone at Patriot has been warm and has never pressured us in anyway, which was greatly appreciated. We feel that we can call anytime and our questions would be answered in a respectful timely manner! We HIGHLY recommend going to Patriot! Go see Mike McDonald! Aubrey and Jon more

A guy who knows his stuff 10/28/2013

Matt sold me my car. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the vehicle, the process, etc. He also solved my car rental problem with ease. You are fortunate to have such a smart guy who can read his customers well. I was disappointed with m discussion about the warranty insurance when I was paying for the car. The insurance contract didn't mention the information provided by the finance manager who told me he was misinformed by the company agent. I am still interested in the insurance if there is no cash exchanged and no $100 deductible. more

Patriot Day for me 10/17/2013

Almost immediately after sending an email, I received a response to set up an appointment for the next day. It had been almost ten years since I owned a car so I was going there with trepidation but the team was friendly, helpful, informative, supportive and enthusiastic. I drove away happy with a great car. more

We came to Patriot Subaru because we heard they were great, and after our visit we're happy to say that we heard right. We were greeted and taken care of as soon as we arrived, and all our questions were answered honestly without any biases or pressure. We had a great experience, and know where to go when we're ready for another vehicle! more
