my experience with patriot subaru is alway on the mark and of highest quality. the only issue i had was with the road side assistance that i got thru patriot. my issue isnt with the person i talked to on the phone it was with the first towing company that answered the call and decided that he didnt want to take it and never contacted anyone else so the call could be covered. i was stranded on 95 during heavy traffic and called back after 35 minutes of not receiving a text with information about who and what time someone would be there to help me. i am very disappointed with the roadside assistance and would like to talk to someone about other options or that the first towing service be dropped from there contract. the best part was after all the paperwork, Mike Avery showed me all about my new Subaru Forester and even synched my phone with the blue tooth! that technology was all very new to me and I appreciated his time spent in showing me how to use it. more
