Awesome salesperson. Not pushy, just plain informative. I went in looking for used subarus under 12k. I told them my top 3 models. Mike M and Mark checked for me and found my top choice, a 2009 Subaru Legacy Sedan, with only 57000 miles. It was above my price range, but Mark worked with me and divided the difference. This allowed me to purchase my dream car. I didn't get what I'd hoped for my trade in, but the dealer did his research. Can't blame them for that. I got answers on all of my questions and I feel comfortable to call if I ever have questions. Great dealership and wonderful people to work with. more

This was my first vehicle purchase. I've always bought cars in private sales but I was finally ready for a nice vehicle. I actually started my evening at a different dealership. I walked in and immediately was put off by the décor and vibe of the show room but figured that wasn't what was important. It went down hill from there. Long story short, I left so angry that I was about to head home for the evening and I called my fiancé. She told me to cool off a bit and sent me to Patriot Subaru, where she had purchased her car. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. I was greeted by Matt who worked with me through the whole process. Matt was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the business. After taking a test drive, he did everything possible to put me in the vehicle at my price range that very night. The vehicle I was interested in originally wasn't in my price range. He, Mark and Bob worked to get the right price for me and did an amazing job. They all really bent over backwards for me and I left with a New (to me) vehicle that I was proud with. Left with a massive smile on my face. It was an incredible experience. I would never go anywhere else for a vehicle and I would never send anyone anywhere else. more

On my first visit Ron Lemons was friendly and we took out a Crosstrek for a test drive. He answered all my questions. On my second visit Dave Shoemaker helped out because Ron was with another customer. He went out of his way to bring out both cars I wanted to test drive, filled the gas tanks in the bitter cold and reviewed each car with me. Dave then went over where my trade-in / purchase stood. He did not force me into anything infact he encouraged me to think about it because I was so underwater with my trade. The next day when I decided to go for the Crosstrek Ron again was really helpful and we took another Crosstrek out for a test drive. Then he pulled the exact car I wanted into the garage. It was perfect. Even though I have a huge car payment I feel much safer driving a car that I can handle better than the Crosstour aka hovercraft I traded in. After a brief visit to Pape I didn't bother going back there. Also making the switch from having four Hondas to a Subaru was a big step for me. No regrets. more
