On my first visit Ron Lemons was friendly and we took out a Crosstrek for a test drive. He answered all my questions. On my second visit Dave Shoemaker helped out because Ron was with another customer. He went out of his way to bring out both cars I wanted to test drive, filled the gas tanks in the bitter cold and reviewed each car with me. Dave then went over where my trade-in / purchase stood. He did not force me into anything infact he encouraged me to think about it because I was so underwater with my trade. The next day when I decided to go for the Crosstrek Ron again was really helpful and we took another Crosstrek out for a test drive. Then he pulled the exact car I wanted into the garage. It was perfect. Even though I have a huge car payment I feel much safer driving a car that I can handle better than the Crosstour aka hovercraft I traded in. After a brief visit to Pape I didn't bother going back there. Also making the switch from having four Hondas to a Subaru was a big step for me. No regrets.
