This was my first vehicle purchase. I've always bought cars in private sales but I was finally ready for a nice vehicle.
I actually started my evening at a different dealership. I walked in and immediately was put off by the décor and vibe of the show room but figured that wasn't what was important. It went down hill from there. Long story short, I left so angry that I was about to head home for the evening and I called my fiancé. She told me to cool off a bit and sent me to Patriot Subaru, where she had purchased her car.
From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable. I was greeted by Matt who worked with me through the whole process. Matt was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and the business. After taking a test drive, he did everything possible to put me in the vehicle at my price range that very night. The vehicle I was interested in originally wasn't in my price range. He, Mark and Bob worked to get the right price for me and did an amazing job. They all really bent over backwards for me and I left with a New (to me) vehicle that I was proud with. Left with a massive smile on my face. It was an incredible experience. I would never go anywhere else for a vehicle and I would never send anyone anywhere else.
