Customer at parts and service 3/15/2014

I was able to make an appointment and got in promptly when I arrived. The shuttle drivers were pleasant and prompt as well. I had a concern about one of the seat covers that was installed and Robert B. was receptive to my concern and has ordered me a replacement. more

Great customer service 3/15/2014

Customer service is excellent. I realize when I came in it was after work, and the guys were eager to get home. They took care of my tire which always seemed to be leaking air, but now there is a strange noise that occasionally happens that sounds like metal on metal as I drive. Curious. I already have an appointment next Saturday for something else, but it seems a third time to look at a tire issue shouldn't be needed. Should have been fixed the first time. I did like that they were willing to take me in twice at a moment's notice though. more

Latest Service Visit 3/6/2014

Went in for a scheduled maintenance visit and everyone was their usual friendly selves. I was promised the truck by 11:45 and they had it all done and washed at 11:05. Friendly, competent and honest. Parker is the best! more

Gr!eat Service 3/4/2014

Brought the Prius in for a couple of "Recall" service items, greeted at the door, friendly staff got me set & on my way, work finished on time, and my keys were waiting at the main Front Desk, since I couldn't make it back during regular Service Dept hours. Very pleased! more

Went for an oil change and expected to wait a long time. I dropped my truck off and received a phone call 30 min later it was ready to be picked up. more
