Customer service is excellent.
I realize when I came in it was after work, and the guys were eager to get home. They took care of my tire which always seemed to be leaking air, but now there is a strange noise that occasionally happens that sounds like metal on metal as I drive. Curious. I already have an appointment next Saturday for something else, but it seems a third time to look at a tire issue shouldn't be needed. Should have been fixed the first time. I did like that they were willing to take me in twice at a moment's notice though.
