always a pleasure to do business with Parker however, having trouble getting the parts I ordered when I bought the highlander in November. New door handles have been on order since November and still haven't shown up. That's a long time for a part. more

Very friendly and a pleasant showroom 3/17/2014

It was a very positive experience and I was given a couple of ways to finance and found leasing was an affordable option. The whole process took more time than I anticipated but I was taken very good care of and the waiting area was hospitable. I have had to use roadside assistance as the car battery died on me. Larry Miller in Spokane recharged the battery and so far so good. I love the car!! more

Customer Service 3/16/2014

Always such great customer service. On this service, I had an alert on my dashboard...take to dealership. I immediately took my vehicle to the dealership. The contact person attempted to resolve, but said if it didn't resolve the situation to schedule an appointment. So I scheduled an appointment for the next day. They are always so responsive for any issue to resolve whatever the problem. more
