Mr. Wadsworth was prompt and arrived within 10 minutes of the time the company said he would. He was very knowledgeable about the workings of the generator and completed his work efficiently and with complete knowledge of his job. After working, he cleaned up the job site and answered the questions I had on the operation of the generator which I had. more

Service on Generac Generator 4/16/2018

Matt was the service tech assigned to care for our Generac Generator, had an issue with the battery, expected to replace it at a cost of $$$$, Matt informed us it was normal and no battery was needed, just a normal maintenance. Very professional and kept us informed. Highly recommended more

Cold House No More 4/3/2018

Came home from work to a cold house. Gave Paitson a call and Matt called me right back and said he could get to my house quickly. Found the issue with my furnace and repaired it, cleaned it, got me signed up for the maintenance program. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy with the service provided. more

Matt is very knowledgeable of all aspects of Furnace, Air Conditioning, Generators for Sales, Service, Maintenance. Very Good Customer Service, On Time for scheduled appointments, Gives clear information and answers any questions of concerns. Personable and great people skills. All the technicians do a great job but my favorite is Brant as his knowledge extends past just the systems sold by Paitson Brothers. After he is done with the annual maintenance, I know things are good. more

Service/Repair call - work order 16238 8/13/2016

Excellent professional service. Almost unbelievable how fast and great the service is. Problem was resolved very quickly and the service manager was very knowledgeable and professional. Would recommend to anyone! more

Great Service 7/15/2016

Brant did a really good job of explaining the problem to me. along with the fix needed. .I really appreciated the fact that while he didn't have the part needed, he used a substitute to get our AC back on during the middle of July. Yay! I recommend this company. more

Air Conditioning service 7/6/2016

Fast service by a qualified service man. I have found Matt to be very professional in his abilities. Matt explained everything that he found wrong with the unit, and what it was going to cost to repair. Matt also explained what it would cost to replace. We have always used Paitsons and will continue to do so, because of the professionalism. more

Bob Miller service 6/2/2016

Bob called ahead to say he might be a little late but arrived on time. He was courteous, and respectful of our property (he wore shoe covers at all times when in our home.) He knew his business, did it efficiently, and thoroughly. I plan to request Bob as a service representative next time our furnace/AC has its annual service. Good job Bob! more

Excellent service and products 5/26/2016

We had returned from my son's eye surgery to find the central air was not working. Paitson's came out, found the problem and replaced the part. They even went so far to have someone run the part from the store out to our home so the technician (Eric) could continue his work. They were a life saver in the heat since my son had to stay home with his head down. Thank you Paitson Heating & Air!!!! more

A/C seasonal check-up today 5/18/2016

Mr. Brant Mcneil was early, polite, efficient, informative. Nice touch: we did the wrap-up paperwork on the porch because he didn't want to come inside, having gotten his boots muddy in washing off the outside ventilation box. Thanks to him and to Paitson Bros. for surprise call that got this seasonal check-up out of the way conveniently today. more
