Mr. Brant Mcneil was early, polite, efficient, informative. Nice touch: we did the wrap-up paperwork on the porch because he didn't want to come inside, having gotten his boots muddy in washing off the outside ventilation box. Thanks to him and to Paitson Bros. for surprise call that got this seasonal check-up out of the way conveniently today.
