Best

Everytime I come here the food is fresh and savory. The atmosphere feels very comforting and relaxing. Nice romantic place for date night.. Great food, Great Service and Great ...

Worst

The Minestrone is top notch. Thats about it. The rest of the meal is mediocre and the portions are tiny. Spent a hundred bucks and left starving.

Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow 1/16/2003

I have been coming to this restaurant since I was a little girl and I simply can not say enough good things about this place. It is definately my favorite restaurant in Denver. A must for any one who loves Italian. Pros: Amazing Food, Ambiance, Denver History Cons: Wine List Pricey more

SKip the entree, eat more soup! 1/2/2003

The fare here is average at best save the minestrone. It comes with a meal, so I have to order SOMETHING so I usually share with my husband. more

Still hungry... 12/29/2002

I liked paglicci's very much. Their food is great. One thing: don't go there with a huge appetite. Their appetizers are very petite. Other than that it was great. Cons: hard to find, little parking more

This is no. 1! 11/27/2002

This is the best Italian restaurant in Denver, best food, best service, best everything. more

A touch of Napoli 11/20/2002

The food was very good, the staff efficient and friendly but one thing that bothered me was when asked if we wanted a refill on our soft drinks, we were charged for each ""refill"". This added tab another $13.00 to our tab because the glasses are quite small. We didn't return for months and when we did ordered a coke and drank ""free water"". I personally felt they should have told us of the charge. more

Poor food 11/17/2002

The atmosphere, service, and prices are very good, but the food (the reason we go there) is just not good. It lacks flavor. There is little oregano, garlic, you know . . . flavor. more

don't ""pasta"" this one up! 10/21/2002

This is as close to a "" New York neighborhood joint"" as you will find west of the mississippi ! Pros: cosy, value Cons: parking more

rude waiter, good food 8/29/2002

The food was good, but perhaps a little overpriced. The atmosphere is nice and relaxed. However my father has parkinson's disease, which makes him a little slower. The waiter was rather impatient with him. That was completely disgusting to me. So I have mixed feelings about going back. more

BEST ITALIAN IN DENVER 8/26/2002

This place is just plain incredible. After visiting several times I have never had anything there I didn't enjoy. The minestrone is TO DIE FOR, and when you think about how much food you are served between crusty bread, salad, soup and entree, it is an incredible value. Pros: Food, Service, Value Cons: outdated decor, closed on Mondays more

Now This is ITALIAN!!!! 8/23/2002

I try to visit Pagliacci's as much as possible. They have a great homemade Minestrone, excellent pasta, and FABULOUS chocolate mousse for dessert. Please give this nice little place a shot! Pros: great dessert, nice atmosphere, good value Cons: bad neighborhood, not a lot of parking more

Northwest Denver Great Italian 8/22/2002

This restaurant provided a wonderful, satisfying dining experience. We received great service and the food was delicious. more

best I've ever had 8/21/2002

since i moved away from the snow, I still find myself wanting to fly or drive the 1000 miles for dinner. Pros: best for lunch, portions very genreou Cons: out of the way, parking tight more

GREAT 8/20/2002

Keep forgetting to go back to this great place. Every time we have gone its been Great. Hard to find good Italian food out here. more

Just like Nonna use to make! 8/19/2002

As usual, the ONLY TRUE ITALIAN restaurant in all of Colorado. The others are just chains, disguised as unique, only to find out they are prepackaged and bad. I am Italian, grew up Italian and will always be Italian & this is the only restaurant that I would dare eat Italian! Thank you for bring my Nonna back to me!!!! Pros: Priced right, Great Service, True Italian more

If Tony Soprano did business in Denver, here's where he'd eat. This spot sports a classic clown-in-neon sign outside, a '40s-era bar and a dark, stucco-walled dining room inside....
