The services that they offer do not include the problem that I had, but they were so nice and helpful in their customer service. I had a printer problem. When I called up, the guy I spoke to said that they do not fix printers anymore. However, he went out of his way to talk to me about my printer problem. Then, he said he would do some Internet searching and would call me back if he found some info. In about 20 minutes, I received a call with some websites I could go to with information about my particular problem. He probably spent 1/2 hour on my issue-- all for free and he was so friendly. Best Buy and MicroCenter blew me off when I called. I would definitely call these guys if I end up having a computer problem. more

Overall great experience. They helped me pinpoint the problem over the phone before they sent someone out, and once here they didn't waste time. Came in, fixed it quickly and didn't charge much either. Highly recommended. Pros: knowledgeable, friendly, good price more

Spoke to three other companies before I called this one, but chose this one cause they seemed to know exactly the kind of problem I was having and were friendlier than the others. I called on a Wednesday morning, spoke to a friendly person about my problem and I was amazed that they were actually going to send someone out to my house to fix the problem that afternoon. Wow, I thought, until that afternoon came and no one showed up. So I called back and the person I spoke to apparently had no knowledge of my previous call but said someone would be there in 30 minutes. Here I am, 90 minutes later, they won't answer their phone, and I've wasted an entire day without a working PC thanks to this so-called ""business"". Finally, in the early evening, the owner himself came out and worked on my computer, and although I really appreciate the late hours he put in to fix it, and their prices were reasonable, I am skeptical about using their services again. Had a very infected computer that couldn't even boot up properly. These guys took care of it quickly and it runs better than it ever did. Highly recommend. more
