I called on a Wednesday morning, spoke to a friendly person about my problem and I was amazed that they were actually going to send someone out to my house to fix the problem that afternoon. Wow, I thought, until that afternoon came and no one showed up. So I called back and the person I spoke to apparently had no knowledge of my previous call but said someone would be there in 30 minutes. Here I am, 90 minutes later, they won't answer their phone, and I've wasted an entire day without a working PC thanks to this so-called ""business"". Finally, in the early evening, the owner himself came out and worked on my computer, and although I really appreciate the late hours he put in to fix it, and their prices were reasonable, I am skeptical about using their services again.
Pros: on-site service, reasonable price
