Quick Response, Quality Service 4/30/2018

Joe Ryan responded on time and quickly identified the problem, and the probable costs to repair. Due to the age of the unit, I decided to replace with a new unit. After Courtney Blackwell arranged a satisfactory contract, the new unit was installed within a week, by Joe and Mike. Modifications were necessary, and they did an excellent job making the adjustments. Very Satisfied!! more

Heat/AC Install 4/13/2017

Yesterday One Hour Air of Sierra Vista installed a 3-ton heat and AC unit upstairs . They were on time, worked quickly, had it installed and working perfectly by about 6:00 PM. It was a huge job and they did it very professionally. I would highly recommend One Hour Air as well as these two and all of their other technicians. This is the third major heat/air install I've had One Hour do for us and have been very satisfied with each one. more

Great Install 1/17/2017

Recently purchased a new AC/heat pump to replace worn out unit. Mike B.and Louie M. did the installation and were very professional. All lines were properly insulated and holes required for the new lines were professionally sealed and covered. The install required two visits as the supplier sent inside units that were incompatible with the outside unit. Mike and Louie were very concerned that I would not be 100 percent satisfied since they would have to return with the correct inside units. When they returned they quickly set up the inside units and thoroughly tested the system to ensure it operated properly. During both visits they explained what was happening and ensured all my concerns were addressed. I would definitely go back to this company and these installers if I have any future AC or heat pump needs. Great job!! more

Furnace service 1/5/2017

Justin has been out three times now to fix my furnace. Each visit he has been friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions.This furnace had been left unserviced for years and to the best of my knowledge, it had never been cleaned. I would recommend Justin and One Hour Air for any furnace or air conditioner service/repair. more

Autumn Seasonal Service Review 12/2/2016

We had our heat pump serviced today by Stephen Knight. He's not only a thorough and competent technician, he has a positive and energetic personality that reflects well on the company and those for which he works. He gave us a complete explanation of the status of our system and suggested corrective actions to take to eliminate some annoying noises in the ductwork. He also discovered a burned out UV bulb that he replaced. We signed up for the two year comfort care program at the end of the visit. We're very happy with One Hour and especially Stephen. more

Good Service from One Hour 11/30/2016

They did a quick and thorough shutdown on my Master Cool and even put a cover on it to help cut down on the wind blowing during the winter months. Sign-up for another 2-year service contract. Bob more

Casey has always gone above and beyond in proving service for our heat pump. He even recommended a whole house surge protector, which saved us from replacing every appliance in our house when we were struck by lightning. more
