Recently purchased a new AC/heat pump to replace worn out unit. Mike B.and Louie M. did the installation and were very professional. All lines were properly insulated and holes required for the new lines were professionally sealed and covered. The install required two visits as the supplier sent inside units that were incompatible with the outside unit. Mike and Louie were very concerned that I would not be 100 percent satisfied since they would have to return with the correct inside units. When they returned they quickly set up the inside units and thoroughly tested the system to ensure it operated properly. During both visits they explained what was happening and ensured all my concerns were addressed. I would definitely go back to this company and these installers if I have any future AC or heat pump needs. Great job!!
