Joe Ryan responded on time and quickly identified the problem, and the probable costs to repair. Due to the age of the unit, I decided to replace with a new unit. After Courtney Blackwell arranged a satisfactory contract, the new unit was installed within a week, by Joe and Mike. Modifications were necessary, and they did an excellent job making the adjustments. Very Satisfied!!
