Very good 8/14/2015

Some of the bugs are either hiding when the service tech came or we need a heavier dose. They have been very good about coming out when called and we have not seen as many bugs outside. We do see them inside now and then and we need to call and have the inside serviced. Overall we are very pleased and my two neighbors have signed up as well. The best service in a long time. 8/13/2015

Trent was the tech that provided my service today. He was very thorough. There hasn't been this kind of service to my yard in a couple of years. Worth every penny 8/13/2015

They charge monthly $30 and service anytime you call for either mice infestation,spiders,roaches,etc. Whether you call or not once in every 3 months they service the house. Very friendly customer service. I am extremely afraid of bugs. Some of their service professionals even pick them and throw when I ask. A thorough job both inside and outside. All is very good so far 8/13/2015

we were told that by the end of the year we would be pest free inside and out. I hope that this comes to fruition. Every service tech that came out was courteous, professional, friendly, and listened to every concern. The office would call to confirm appointment date and tech would be prompt. The costs were affordable and OPP would make arrangements for current and further service to fit personal time tables. Great company! 8/13/2015

Official Pest Prevention worked with my schedule and needs. Great staff and technicians. If I find a spider in the house I generally take it outside but we had black widows, big ones!   • Official Pest Prevention was born January 1, 2000 when the tech bubble was about to burst and people were still concerned about potential Y2K problems. Starting with a few contacts, and only four full-time employees, the small company has grown into an organization that today employs over 25 people, maintains a fleet of 18 trucks, and has serviced over 21,000 northern California households. This tremendous growth has come from loyal customers recommending our work to their friends, family, and neighbors Although Official Pest Prevention opened in Elk Grove, demand for quality pest control service poured in from nearby cities also. Representatives of Official Pest Prevention began taking calls from surrounding areas and within a year we found ourselves greatly expanding our service territory. By the end of 2000, Official had begun servicing an area that took in a 60 mile radius. Official Pest Prevention went north (Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln), south (Galt, Lodi, Stockton, Manteca, Ripon, Modesto, Tracy), and east (Folsom, Eldorado Hills). The following year, (2001), Official expanded westward to include Davis, Dixon, Vacaville, Fairfield, and Suisun.
