They charge monthly $30 and service anytime you call for either mice infestation,spiders,roaches,etc. Whether you call or not once in every 3 months they service the house. Very friendly customer service. I am extremely afraid of bugs. Some of their service professionals even pick them and throw when I ask. A thorough job both inside and outside.
