Reasonable price and on time. I requested indoor spraying due to kitchen construction and that opened the door to all the bugs. The technician had no problem with my last minute request. more

Very very pleased with Official Pest Prevention 8/17/2015

Recently had a regular treatment on yards. Also since fleas were a real issue some extra care was taken. I was able to schedule my appt. on my time, a very efficient technician took care of my home both inside and out and my yard and patio are free of pest. Extremely pleased with all services. more

pest control services 8/17/2015

Official Pest Control has been managing our home and yard for quite a number of years. We are very happy with the service they provide. We felt as though we lived on top of an ant colony. We would wake some mornings and find the kitchen or baths just crawling with ants. After many failed attempts at trying to manage them our selves we called Official. Their crew is amazing. They're always here when they say they will be! Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and will answer your questions. Because we had a very small dog, we were concerned that he might be affected by the treatments, but they assured me he would be okay and he was. I've refused to change to another company several times. I like my business relationship with Official. Prevents the pests 8/17/2015

I used to have a Black Widow issue before the service and now it's gone. They do a good job on the pest part; however, I would like to see some improvements on the appointment notifications. Sometimes I'm not available to answer my phone during the workday and completely miss the call, which results in my backyard not being treated because no one is home. I would like a notification by email and website for the upcoming service. A week early appointment notification would be nice. I haven't been with you long enough to really give you a full review. 8/16/2015

I do have ant's in the front that are trying to find water I think. There are not a whole lot of them. Little workers looking for it. When I do water they seem to go away for a few days.   • Official Pest Prevention was born January 1, 2000 when the tech bubble was about to burst and people were still concerned about potential Y2K problems. Starting with a few contacts, and only four full-time employees, the small company has grown into an organization that today employs over 25 people, maintains a fleet of 18 trucks, and has serviced over 21,000 northern California households. This tremendous growth has come from loyal customers recommending our work to their friends, family, and neighbors Although Official Pest Prevention opened in Elk Grove, demand for quality pest control service poured in from nearby cities also. Representatives of Official Pest Prevention began taking calls from surrounding areas and within a year we found ourselves greatly expanding our service territory. By the end of 2000, Official had begun servicing an area that took in a 60 mile radius. Official Pest Prevention went north (Sacramento, Citrus Heights, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln), south (Galt, Lodi, Stockton, Manteca, Ripon, Modesto, Tracy), and east (Folsom, Eldorado Hills). The following year, (2001), Official expanded westward to include Davis, Dixon, Vacaville, Fairfield, and Suisun.
