between a waitress we jokingly called ""our little ray of sunshine"" to a bar tender who was so put out by doing the job he was hired for I cannot recomend this The Nuthouse. Several of us who live across Michigan met there as a ""central"" type place to gather;. First sign, they had no record of our reservation. So we agreed to sit in the sunroom where no keno monitor was visable...2nd, the women who verify my 1st set of 3 Keno tickets came back with two slip - said $2 winner and the other two were losers, although she only had the $2 winnder slip and 1 not a winner slip ... The waitress forgot soft drinks that were ordered.. Bar staff consistantly ignored our Keno playing. One bartender even got so upset with attending to other customers he slammed a tray to the floor, kicked it then picked it up and dissapeared into the kitchen. When he finally check our last keno tickets he threw two bucks at us and walk away... we had no ideal which ticket had won...(remember, we did not have a view of the monitor) Anyway, for moderately priced so-so food the staff makes this place a ""skip it""!!!!! Pros: easy to find if unfamiliar with Lansing area Cons: staff doesn't seem to like working there more

This is a nice bar/burger joint. Being from a larger city, I feel better about going to this place instead of a chain restaurant. Generally, the food is good. I recently had the apple chicken salad and it was bland and a waste of time. Cons: limited parking more

This is a GREAT place to go after an MSU football game, especially to avoid most of the crowds. The food and atmosphere are pretty decent, too. more
