Have previous experience with home inspections (not good), I question my agent on the service by NO. 1 home inspection service and he assured me that No. 1 was exceptional and always had satisfied customers. I can ell you that No. 1 home inspection lived up to its name. Twenty eight page inspection report which included pictures detailing results. Review of the inspection by the inspector was great, detailed and complete, not rushed and plenty of time was allowed for questions. I highly recommend No. 1 inspection service. Bill Kroelinger more

I had called several companies and was having issues scheduling a late appointment or even getting someone to wait for and or meet me later to discuss the findings. You gotta b kiddin me is what I was thinking. Then I called Mike from Number 1 home inspections and Voila, everything from scheduling to my quirky requests concerns were all addressed. He even waited around an extra hour for me to get home and discuss the findings. A true professional who enjoys what he does as well as totally understands the customers concerns of the unknowns when buying a home. He found things in the home that needed to be addressed by the seller that even I could not find and I checked everything I could. When it comes to home inspectors, there is no substitution for experience and great customer service. DO NOT BUY A HOME WITHOUT USING MIKE FROM NUMBER ONE, HE TRULY IS #1. more

First time home inspection 9/19/2012

Michael was very professional. Had a firm hand shake and spoke clearly and intelligently, but broke things down to where I understood the issues. Took his time explaining the issues found, pointing them out, and the photo evidence of damage was good quality. I will probably use him again if/when the seller fixes the problems. more

We were so impressed with Michael Hughes when he completed the home inspection of the home we are selling that we hired him to to the home inspection of the home we are buying!!!! He is that good. Very professional and leaves nothing to chance. Would use him again and recommend to all. more

#1 Home Inspectors (Michael) inspected our new home, gave us a comprehensive printed report with pictures and explained every detail. After the recommended repairs were made by the seller, #1 Home Inspectors returned to re-inspect with the same level of expertise. He was extremely helpful. more

Prompt, excellent service 8/28/2012

The inspector Mr. Michael Hughes arrived promptly at the time agreed. As he was performing the inspection he informed me exactly what he was doing. This information was accurate to the 31 page report that I received later on the same day. I am very pleased with the service provided and will use Number 1 Home Inspector again if needed. I will also recommend the services to friends. more

Very Professional, very Thorough inspection 7/30/2012

I was very impressed with Michael Hughes and how many points of inspection he went through prior to the purchase of our home. We had an issue with the roof not being up to standard and Mr. Hughes spent his own time dealing with the seller's roofing contractor making sure they completed the job to a satisfactory condition. I was overly pleased with the level of expertise and and quality of service that he provided. Mr. Hughes work ethic definitely shows how much he cares about his business' reputation and I respect him for that. more
