I had called several companies and was having issues scheduling a late appointment or even getting someone to wait for and or meet me later to discuss the findings. You gotta b kiddin me is what I was thinking. Then I called Mike from Number 1 home inspections and Voila, everything from scheduling to my quirky requests concerns were all addressed. He even waited around an extra hour for me to get home and discuss the findings. A true professional who enjoys what he does as well as totally understands the customers concerns of the unknowns when buying a home. He found things in the home that needed to be addressed by the seller that even I could not find and I checked everything I could. When it comes to home inspectors, there is no substitution for experience and great customer service. DO NOT BUY A HOME WITHOUT USING MIKE FROM NUMBER ONE, HE TRULY IS #1.
