I saw someone from this clinic for what I thought was a sinus infection, and was treated for a rare strep infection. One week later I was in the Emergency Room describing my symptoms - which had not gotten better at all, but had in fact gotten MUCH worse. What I had was a shingles infection that had traveled to my eye because of incorrect diagnoses. Had I been diagnosed correctly, I would not have needed two ER visits, a dozen eye visits, 5 MONTHS of continual eyedrops, and new contact lenses. I would not have had to deal with the pain and stress of nearly losing my vision and the shingles never would have progressed to my eye.
I called their office after finding out what my infection actually was and was told I would not be billed. Now I am getting calls by this company claiming that they have sent several bills that I have not paid. If I had seen one, I WOULD have said something!
Pros: nothing comes to mind
Cons: misdiagnosed & billed anyway after being promised no bill
