I had a wonderful experience with Not Just Carpet. I did everything on the internet, so I haven't seen the carpet in person. I got it for my mom's apartment in Florida. They went over and took the measurements they needed and installed the carpet. They did not take advantage of me at all. They were wonderful to me. It really was a pleasure. I can see why I was directed to him. I had some specific scheduling needs and my needs were accommodated without making me feel it was a burden. I just arrived in FL yesterday and saw my floors for the first time in person, I am beyond delighted. It transforms my future living space and looks outstanding. Since Don came highly recommended, I did not get multiple prices like I normally would, so I cannot honestly comment on whether his pricing is competitive or not. However, I can honestly say he was extremely easy to work with, VERY accommodating, and worked hard to make sure I was 100% satisfied. If they don't have what a customer wants on hand, they know where to get it. The quality of the materials is superior to those found at home improvement stores and the price is comparable. more

It's not easy dealing with home maintenance when one lives far away from the home in question. Not Just Carpets had installed wall to wall carpeting in my parents' apartment several years ago. Don made the process easy and was a pleasure to work with. I was there when the carpet was installed, and his workers did a fabulous job. Afterward, Don called to make sure everything was done correctly and to our satisfaction. This past year, there was no question that I would NJC again, when we wanted a different type of flooring installed, in the same space. Don again came out and measured, and met us at the showroom to show us the various options. He was sensitive not only to the appearance of the products, but also to the safety and health issues that required the change. He was respectful of my elderly mother's preferences, and answered all our questions, bringing out different products until we found the one that was just right. Although I was no longer "in town" during the installation, Don and his staff made sure that everything went smoothly, even when condo rules made the going somewhat rough. I haven't been back yet to see it, but everyone tells me that it looks beautiful, and has greatly enhanced home life in the apartment (yes, it made THAT much of a difference!). more
