Top Drawer Service Department, they do a great job! 5/31/2011

I have been taking my Grand Cherokee to NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge for service for about a year following several years at a local repair shop. They have just been great in every area and are a pleasure to deal with. Service Advisor Ron Hollenbeck is first rate and has been incredibly professional. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable (has solved some long-standing problems with my vehicle), remembers me and my car and recommends only the service that is needed. The technicians are first rate and all work together to make sure the work is done well and on time. Prices are very reasonable, they use coupons and they work to makes sure each visit is a good experience for there customer. Based on the ethics of this service department – I would want to buy my next car from this dealership. Highly recommended – Don’t go anywhere else! more

Great, Honest Service 5/28/2011

Took the PT in for service, Iain was the Service Advisor. the check engine light was on. We also had the oil changed and tires rotated. the ""check engine light"" was merely a glitch and I was not upsold on any unneccesary repairs, I appreciate the integrity. more

Great people at Northwest Jeep Chrystler Dodge! 5/28/2011

My wife and I were looking for a replacement for our 96 Voyager we had for 15 years, which served us well, and wanted the same reliability in a maker we could trust. We needed something similar to the Voyager, but with little more comfort, extras and smaller, while keeping the price below 25k. Ricardo at Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge helped us accomplish exactly that. His no pressured, friendly and honest approach paid off well, as did the whole staff there. We spent one day looking around and then after deciding, we returned to make a deal. The deal was made, very painless, quick and there was no add this or that to the price tag. They were very honest at the extras and their no pressure approach made us feel that we made the best decision by staying true to the company we have trusted for over 35 years. We tried several other dealer such as KIA, Honda, and Chevy, though some were very helpful, and offered great cars too, they just did not match up to the Journey or the care which Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge provided us. We did have one down right rude, salesman at Beaverton Honda - Sheridan, he was to quick and degrading other dealers made our choice easy... never to return to this dealership! We did like the CR-V, it was our second choice and believe we would have gone with it but the experience was too much in our minds that we were unwilling to give Honda another try. This young man needs to slooow down and let the customer look over the car and humble his self while the customer looks. Thanks Northwest Jeep Chrysler Dodge! more

WOW, an honest shop for a change 5/26/2011

I took my jeep into Northwest Jeep for a oil leak. I was expecting a major bill because another shop told me the rear main seal was leaking and I wanted another shop to look at it. Ian had his mechanic look at it and confirmed what the other shop said. The only thing different was the oil pressure sender was the main leak. Ian told me the rear main was leaking slightly and did not need to be done right now, which is good because I didn't have the money. I got the oil pressure sender done and have not seen a leak on my driveway for a week. I like the truthfulness and the late hours of this shop. Thanks alot guys for the smaller bill, I will be back!!! more

Very nice people who aren't the least bit scary. 5/25/2011

Buying a new car is exciting, yet often wrought with feelings of doom. Not so at NW Jeep Chrysler Dodge! Yesterday we purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from these great folks, and the experience couldn't have been easier or more pleasant. Our sales associate, Ricardo Hernandez, was amiable, kind and helpful. We never felt pressured or harassed. We visited other dealerships (Jeep, Toyota), and they seemed overly aggressive yet unwilling to offer a good car at a fair price. We got a great deal at NW Jeep, and we are confident the great customer service we received while buying our vehicle will continue for as long as we own it. Oh...Michelle in the finance department was very sweet, too! Everyone was very nice. And check the local papers for GREAT advertised deals that they will HONOR. more

Great Service 5/24/2011

Awesome customer service 5/23/2011

I brought in my 2009 jeep liberty for service at NW jeep Chrysler Dodge and was so impressed with the customer service I got. One of the issues I was having was that the tire pressure light was turning on inappropriately. We filled all the tires up with air, and the light continued to stay on. This was a problem we had before as well (unfortunately it didn't get fixed the first time I took it in.) BC of this, when the pressure in one of my tires was actually low, I ignored it, thinking it was an error. Well, this ruined the tire as I kept driving on it. I spoke to the manager, Dennis about this, and he was super nice and said he would take care of it, free of cost to me. Ron, the service tech in charge of my jeep, kept me updated everyday on the status of my jeep. Another issue I was having was that the slider roof was leaking when it rained. Not only did they fix the leak, but Ron noticed the water stains it left, and took the initiative to get those cleaned for me as well....and they ended up cleaning the whole inside of my jeep. These are just a couple examples. Ron and Dennis made a frustrating situation (needing to have to fix things already on a new jeep) a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended, will continue to go back for future service needs. more

Amazing Service Advisor 5/20/2011

Our household has purchased two jeep products from NWJ over the previous 4 years. We have had several occasions to use the service department at NWJ and have had nothing but incredible experiences there with April. She has amazing customer service skills, is kind, efficient, and uses her great sense of humor to lighten an experience even if you didn't think it possible. Her positive working relationships with the mechanics and parts make your experience there feel effortless. I would never choose to have either of our Jeeps serviced anywhere else. more

Best Service EVER 5/19/2011

I will never take my Jeep anywhere else. See April in service. BEST SERVICE EVER!!!!! more

Rip Off 1/18/2011

Long story short, I needed my CTM module fixed in my 2002 durango. I looked online and it seemed to be a 350 dollar repair with labor. These guys wanted to charge me $587 for the repair. Me, being particularly careful with my money(as most people are) decided to verify with Dicks Country Dodge in Hillsboro. They told me that the part was $299 and the labor was around $50-80. All said and done, Dicks Country Dodge charged me $357 for the repair. I will never go back to Northwest!! they are dishonest and will smile at you while stealing your money. This repair consisted of 5 screws, 3 wires, and programing the new CTM to my truck..... more

Don't waste your time 11/18/2010

I don't even know where to begin, but only wish they had a zero stars option instead of one star. My experience with this dealership has been far, far less than professional. I had my financing already arranged through a Capital One blank check program, and as someone who lives almost a couple hundred miles away my first contact with the dealership was by phone. I wanted to verify they participated in the Capital One program, and although I spoke with multiple people it took a week before anyone could give me a definitive answer - which was yes. During that week I was told by someone in finance that although they participated in the program that they didn't like it very much and considered the 'blank check' worthless because they said they didn't get paid in a timely manner - kind of odd considering the buyer gives them a check. All this aside I still wanted the vehicle I found online and spent another week placing phone calls, not getting call backs, getting call back but without answ more

Go there only if you want to be overcharged and not happy... 1/11/2009

Only reason they have any stars from me is based on past expeirence with one nice service rep. I went there for 6 years based on his service, open on Saturdays and that ""5-Star"" rating.... Over the past 12 months I have had numerous issues with my 2002 Jeep. I went in for maintaince and left with a quote for $2900 more work. I also had to pay for the diagnostic tests. So deflated with them, I started to call around. Guess what? Got all that done and more for under $1400. I didn't have to pay anyone else for tests. That alone says it all. I hating thinking how much of my hard earned money I have wasted on them.... Pros: Open Saturday- nice hours Cons: Overpriced more

Tried to get me to spend $1000 on unnecessary repairs 3/20/2008

Stay away from the NW Jeep service department... they are corrupt. I had read that they might be trouble on another site, but figured there were a lot of positive reviews also so I took a chance. Don't make the same mistake I did. \r \r I went to NW Jeep because they were a five-star rated dealer (rated by Jeep). I asked them to give my vehicle a thorough check for any problems. They came back saying it only need minor work, but later called me back and said they had ""discovered"" additional needed repairs, including $1000 for a leaking head gasket. This surprised me since the vehicle ran great with no signs of trouble. I couldn't afford everything at once so figured I would have a little work done for now then get a 2nd opinion. I ended up getting a 2nd and a 3rd opinion as well.\r \r The head gasket was a total scam. When the other mechanics came back saying there was no problem, I then specifically asked them to go back and check the head gasket. Again no problem (both times). One mechanic even showed me how to check it. There were smaller bogus estimates from NW Jeep, but the $1000 was the major one that they foolishly documented. I guess they thought I was the kind of person who could afford to pay it without questioning it.\r \r I realize dishonest mechnics are a dime a dozen (or more like $12,000 a dozen if you think of the cash outlay in using them). You would think in the internet age it would be more profitable for scam artist mechanics to just be honest, but I guess they haven't figured that out yet. Pros: Free Coffee Cons: Dishonest Repair Department more

Excellent Buying & Service! 2/6/2008

I first looked at the Jeep Liberty on New Years Eve and quickly fell in love! I came back to purchase my Jeep on January 2. Much to my amazement - no pressure! The sales manager gave me the bottom line price with payments etc. We were in and out of the dealership in less then 2 hours! Thank you Sam, you are fantastic! \r \r We have since purchased my husbands Jeep from there with virtually the same experience. We have had service to maintain our Jeep's a number of times and could not be more impressed with Kris Swenson.\r He has been honest, fair and explains everything in detail. They notify us when necessary maintenance is due. It's just a great place to shop and maintain your vehicle!\r \r If you can ever get my Liberty away from me, I would head straight back to this dealer for a replacement.\r Thank you NW Jeep for being an honest, reputable dealerships to do business with, you have earned our trust & respect. more

Not too bad 7/22/2002

To follow up with the unpleased user post, I will say, they give you comment cards when you have service done. Fill it out, leave a callback #, and comment about your experience. If it was poor, they _will_ call you back. They had a leaky seal after I had an oil change done once. I complained and did get a callback. more
